Who qualifies for the free retest?

Any covered employee whose checkup returns a result in the critical band — not merely out of range. The bands are published per parameter, so there's never ambiguity about who's in.

When does the retest happen?

After the guided action plan — typically three months from the original test, which is the clinically meaningful window for most parameters to respond to treatment and lifestyle change. The employee gets a reminder when it's time; nothing to track manually.

What exactly gets retested?

The full relevant clinical profile, not just the single flagged parameter. A critical LDL unlocks a complete lipid profile retest; a critical TSH unlocks the full thyroid profile — so the doctor sees the whole picture both times.

What does it cost the employer?

Nothing beyond your existing checkup programme. Outreach, doctor consults, action plans and the retests themselves are included — carved out of spend you've already committed, not added to it.
