Livio’s Vision
Everyone dreams of building their own home. But it’s a stressful and emotional experience. To top it off, gaps in the construction industry, like projects not running on a fixed timeline or fixed cost add to the challenges.
Navneet Aron, principal of Livio, saw an opportunity to transform the industry. The idea was simple but highly effective: make construction efficient, better, faster, and cheaper.
He developed a model that uses proprietary technology, meticulous pre-construction planning, and high-level reps to deliver personalized service with the desired results.
Navneet Aron says, “Constructing your home is an emotional experience. Here, trust and service are key. We wanted to capitalize on technology to reimagine the experience and make the entire process more efficient and easier.”
Today, with their expertise, they build custom homes, hotels, and other high-density buildings in the Bay Area in a hassle-free, efficient, transparent fashion.
Growth is great but...
Quickly after their establishment, Livio started to grow. While the growth is great, the pandemic made them realize that their most valuable assets are their employees and they need to be safe.
The need of the hour was a comprehensive, all-inclusive group health insurance plan.
Ishwari Chandekar, the HR Manager, told us about her search. Although they’re a first-time buyer, they had certain criteria they were looking to fulfill from their choice of insurer. But, the path to picking was bumpy, with several challenges along the way.
