Digitalzone is a global marketing and demand gen company dedicated to delivering compliant leads, exceptional customer satisfaction, and an end-to-end approach.

From the HRs perspective, Digitalzone's primary issue with the previous insurer was excessive coordination among employees, HR, and the insurance provider. 

Confusion and delays arise when employees approach HR for insurance-related matters who then reaches out to the insurer. The delays and the lack of responses lead to HR being unable to provide accurate information and address employees' queries effectively. This causes frustration among employees and wastes valuable HR resources.

Furthermore, the delayed response from the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the insurance provider further exacerbates the problem. Delays in obtaining timely assistance and information, particularly regarding claims, result in extended processing times and hinder employees' ability to receive the necessary coverage. This can lead to increased dissatisfaction among employees and negatively impact their trust in the company's insurance program.

The overall effect of this coordination issue is a drain on productivity and an increased administrative burden for HR. Valuable time that could be spent on strategic initiatives is instead consumed by handling insurance-related inquiries and resolving confusion.
