Adenza partnered with Loop for three years before its acquisition by Nasdaq. From day one, they didn’t treat employee benefits as a tick-the-box exercise. Instead, it was seen as a long-term investment in wellbeing, productivity, and trust.

Adenza’s digitally-savvy HR team fully leveraged Loop’s tech stack, becoming one of the heaviest users of the HR dashboard. Their strong tech foundation later eased the transition into Nasdaq’s systems.
Nasdaq: Moving from Global Mandate to Local Care
Nasdaq’s acquisition of Adenza led to a restructuring of employee benefits under a global mandate: consolidate insurance and health benefits under a single global broker across all markets.
India broke the mold.
Over five months, Loop worked closely with the Indian team to advise Nasdaq’s India and US teams and translate India’s unique local requirements into globally understandable terms.
With multiple rounds of plan design revisions and benefit structure refinements, we ensured that the final design met global requirements while preserving benefits that mattered in India.
While multiple brokers provide insurance benefits in the market, Loop’s standout approach is its preventive care services for employees—free doctor consultations, e-cards in-app, 24/7 access to a medical advisor, wellness sessions, and more.
The decision to retain Loop in India was backed not just by outcomes but also by the trust and advocacy of Adenza’s CHRO. India’s workforce needed a partner who understood local nuances, regulations, and expectations while delivering value-added benefits for employees.
In the end, Nasdaq made an exception to the global broker mandate and retained Loop as the insurance and health benefits partner, being the only country where such an exception was made.

From Benefits on Paper to Benefits in Hand
Nasdaq & Loop led a collaborative effort for a timely rollout of insurance & health benefits to the team, including:
A comprehensive insurance plan that closed the previous policy early, integrated parental and OPD cover, and maintained uninterrupted claims processing
Employee communications
Virtual/Online: A month-long awareness drive including Pre-buzz, Enrollment drive, and Post-enrollment communications to ensure adoption and activation of health benefits.
Offline/In-person: Health and insurance onboarding events & Helpdesks
Access to a suite of health and wellness benefits on the Loop app
By Day 2 of policy activation, employees were fully enrolled and had access to their e-cards on the Loop app—all without a hitch.
For the Nasdaq India team, there was zero disruption in transitioning their insurance coverage, claims services, and access to in-app healthcare benefits available.
Wellness, The Next Frontier
With the insurance and healthcare ecosystem in place, Nasdaq India is now turning its focus to deepening wellness engagement. In the upcoming months, the partnership will see expanded wellness initiatives including health camps, Stepathons, and Zumba, amongst others, for proactive health management.
