However, with the implementation of a new system, the reimbursement process has become much smoother and more efficient. The need for excessive intervention and the involvement of numerous intermediaries has been significantly reduced. As a result, the funds are now directly disbursed to the employee, enabling a streamlined process that can be completed within a shorter time frame of just 10 days. This improvement eliminates unnecessary delays, improves cash flow, and enhances the overall experience for employees, as they receive their reimbursements in a timely manner.

With the intervention of the Loop app and the streamlined processes implemented by the health benefits provider, approximately 90% of the time previously spent on administrative tasks related to healthcare benefits has been saved.
